1. Processing Times
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 3 p.m. on Fridays or during weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A tracking number will follow once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (0 kg - 2 kg): $14.90 (3-7 business days).
- Express Shipping (0 kg - 2 kg): $21.90 (1-3 business days).
- Standard Shipping (2 kg - 30 kg): $21.90 (3-7 business days).
- Free Shipping on Orders Over $99: Orders over $99 (before taxes and discounts) qualify for free standard shipping.
3. International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within Canada.
- Any international orders placed may be subject to additional customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Tracking Your Order
- You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. Use this link to monitor your delivery progress.
5. Order Issues and Lost Packages
- If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided.
